Donna Maxon is a highly respected and seasoned corporate training consultant, author and motivational speaker. She has worked in the field of Human Resources since 1986. Prior to that time, Donna worked in consumer bank management. She has a bachelor's degree in psychology from Brooklyn College. Donna did graduate work in the field of Human Resources Management at the New School for Social Research. Donna has co-authored two training programs that are published through ProAction, Inc.: Professional Development and One Step Up. She has traveled around the country facilitating these and other seminars.
Donna is widely known for her work with stress management. She regularly conducts a seminar that teaches participants skills to decrease stress by incorporating fun, joy and humor into their daily routine. This one and a half hour seminar is video based and uses the work of Ms. Loretta LaRoche of Humor Potential.

It also incorporates large group discussion, paper and pencil activities
and lecture format. The participants will leave with their own personalized
stress management plan and the motivation to begin using these techniques
in their lives immediately.
Donna has brought this program to very large groups and very small groups
alike. She has led this workshop in corporate settings, schools, community
